Early years

Josh Parker grew up Edmonton, Alberta in a family full of sports, his mom loved baseball and his brother and dad played hockey. Every weekend they were either on the field of rink. At a very young age Parker fell in love with football. His dream was to make the high school football team which he eventually ended up doing and making one of the top teams Harry Ainlay. He played a very minor role and but his season came to end to shortly, he suffered an injury to his left ankle significant enough to be sidelined for the whole season. Parker lost his love for the game in High School.

College career

Flash forward to graduation where Parker was accepted to the University of Alberta where he knew he would want to try out for their golden bears team but he was not sure if he would make the team as he had taken 2.5 seasons off. After one practice he completely fell in love with the sport all over again, it didn't take long for him realize his passion was still football. Parker wasn't expecting to make the University of Alberta team but he was excited when he got the call. After being one of the top wide receivers in Alberta he knew he had what it took to play professional, after many meetings with scouts he is declaring for NSFL draft this season.
