Graham Harper was born in Baltimore Maryland to Mickey and Virginia Harper. Mickey Harper was known as a great speed reciever during his time playing college football. So when Graham first expressed interest in football, naturally Mickey taught him all of the skills of wide reciever. Up until his junior year of highschool he was a competent deep threat, but didn't show any pro-level promise until his coach suggested that he try playing corner instead.
