Frasier Niles Crane (born January 14, 1997) is an American football defensive end. He played college football for Louisiana State University (LSU) before going undrafted in the 2030 ISFL Draft (S15).

Early years

Crane was born in St. Louis, Missouri on August 14th, 1997. His father, Davis, was a local politician, and his mother, Stephanie, was a school teacher. Crane began playing organized football at the age of 9. He started his freshman year on the offensive line, but was moved to DT and finally DE by his senior year. Throughout his high school career, Crane set school records for both sacks (45) and interceptions by a lineman (14). He was an all-american in all three of his years on the defensive line. Crane was highly coveted by many schools, as he showed both defensive dominance in his class and high end athleticism. Alabama, Texas Tech and LSU were his final choices, with LSU winning out.

College career

Crane was able to get a starting position in his freshman year, due to an injury by starting DE Dean Arbuckle. LSU struggled as a whole in Crane's freshman year, winning just five games. Crane himself was able to put up some great numbers, amassing 65 tackles and 6.5 sacks. Now cemented as a starter, Crane took off running in his next season, dominating the game and making himself a fixture in national headlines. His dominance was a big reason LSU went from five wins to nine. Crane set the stage for his record smashing junior year, with 91 tackles and 11 sacks. With many thinking Crane would come out of college, he made the largest of impacts in his junior year. Crane led his team to an undefeated season, setting school records for sacks in a season (16.5) and overall sacks in a career (33.5).
