For the Raiders baseball team, he started at 3rd base for 3 of his 4 years. He posted a batting average of .403 during his final season with the team. He also played football for the Raiders, where he played multiple positions over the 4 years he was on the varsity team. During his freshman and sophomore years, he rotated between Defensive End and Linebacker. At the beginning of his junior year he transitioned to playing Tight End when the Raiders starting Tight End suffered a season ending injury.
