Blacksmith Andre (born January 1, 2032) is an American football offensive lineman for the Myrtle Beach Buccaneers of the Developmental Simulation Football League (DSFL).

Early years

Blacksmith Andre was never given an actual last name, as it was not common from where he grew up, instead you were titled as Andre was, Blacksmith Andre, since it was his profession. He learned of blacksmithing from a young age and had an affinity for metals. There was quite the family history for blacksmithing, as Andre's father did it, and the father before, and so on and so forth for as long as the record books could show it. He always wanted to improve his abilites, and was able to continue to craft his skill to a T. Until he was transported by some chaos magic that a tarnished had cast, and he had wound up in America. His build was noticed when he appeared on a random football field in California and he was recruited to go play football. He had zero experience with what an actual football was, but he was such a great equipment manager that he just had to stick around, repairing and altering equipment for the players on the fly.

College career

Andre never played football until he showed up one day in the United States, so his time in California was quite a bewilderment. He learned on the fly, and Andre felt that if he could figure out Blacksmithing, football would be no different for him to learn. He went to the Blacksmithing College of Anor Londo back home, but when he showed up in California, he was enrolled in CAL (University of California, Berkeley) and was the equipment manager while being apart of the scout team. CAL wanted to keep him on the Scout Team, since they had never seen such a physical specimen like Blacksmith Andre before, but he never really had the motivational speeches, mostly saying things like "Prithee, be careful, I don't want to see m' work squandered!" as they would run onto the field. Blacksmith Andre worked closely with the Offensive line coaches at CAL, so even if he would not see the field for his time in College, he would be able to continue his work as a Blacksmith, as well as be able to push that work further down the lines for whatever team might want or need him when he would finish school.

Professional career

2055

Blacksmith Andre was picked up off the waivers by the Bondi Beach Buccaneers to play in their final four games in Season 40. Blacksmith Andre had quite a quiet first season, as he racked up 11 pancakes to go along with 3 sacks allowed through those four games. The Bondi Beach Buccaneers were able to make the playoffs, and Blacksmith Andre showed he was able to shine with his strength and speed in the playoffs. Through 2 games in the playoffs, Blacksmith Andre was able to record 7 pancakes and no sacks allowed, as the Bondi Beach Buccaneers were able to come away with a victory, and an Ultimini. Blacksmith Andre was able to show a lot of characteristics that he had not shown previously, as he was able to pick up a lot of knowledge with actual gametime experience, and was able to get his feet under him and his hands in front of him.

2056

Blacksmith Andre was able to show enough to the Bondi Beach Buccaneers in his six game sample to be their pick with the 8th Overall position in the Season 41 DSFL Draft. Upon coming back to Bondi Beach, Blacksmith Andre had a score to settle and wanted to show everyone that those three sacks he gave up the previous season was a fluke. Even though Bondi Beach started off poorly, going 0-5 to start the season, Blacksmith Andre was doing everything in his power to make sure the team made the right choice in drafting them. They were able to win 6 of their last 9 games, and the team finished 6-8, and were able to squeak into the playoffs, thanks to Norfolk. The Bondi Beach Buccaneers were bounced out of the playoffs in the First round, but not before Blacksmith Andre could make his abilities felt. Throughout the season, Blacksmith Andre was the second best Offensive Lineman in the league, securing 75 pancakes, while allowing 0 sacks allowed. In the playoffs, Blacksmith Andre was able to secure 8 Pancakes against the Tijuana Luchadores, and not allow a sack. He was then drafted by the San Jose Sabercats with the 6th Overall Pick in the Season 42 ISFL Draft.
