DSFL Season 6 (also referred to as the 2021 DSFL season) began on 26 September, 2021. The season concluded with Ultimini IV on 23 January, 2022, where the San Antonio Marshals were crowned DSFL champions after defeating the Kansas City Coyotes by a score of 23-13.

The 2021 DSFL Draft was held on 11 April, 2021. The Kansas City Coyotes selected Wide Receiver Howard Miller with the first overall pick.
