Shannon Henley Hobbs (born January 24, 2001) is an American football safety for the Portland Pythons of the Developmental Simulation Football League (DSFL). He played college football for University of Utah (Utah) before being selected by the Portland Pythons in the 2024 DSFL Draft (S9).

Early years
Shannon Henley Hobbs was born in New Orleans, Louisiana to Shannon and Stephanie Hobbs. His father, Shannon, was a steelworker and his mother was an elementary teacher.
College career
Hobbs was asked to line up all over the field throughout his college career in order to give his team a spark. He returned both punts and kicks, lined up out wide at receiver, in the backfield at halfback, or even in the defensive backfield at corner, safety, or nickelback; basically, anywhere they needed him.
