DeCarr Rek (born March 28, 2000) was an American football quarterback wfor the Austin Copperheads. He played college football for Fresno State University (FSU).
Early years
DeCarr Rek was Born in the amazing city of Las Vegas, Nevada. He was adopted by former isfl player Ismael Sanchez. He enjoyed watching his dad preform at the pro level and dreamed of being an isfl player one day. He told his dad his dream and soon they both started working together. But Rek wanted to play a bigger role for his team, he wanted to play QB. So him and his dad starting working out a lot and Rek started training with one of his dads friends who played QB. When he entered his freshman year of high school he impressed everybody. All the coaches where arguing whether or not to start him for varsity or not.Btu he did. He did decent his freshman year but got better along the way. In his junior year he won the best offensive player in Las Vegas. And his Senior year he won the state championship and also the same award. He was a 4 star recruit and committed to Fresno state. It was contreversial at the time for him to commit to a smaller school but Rek wanted to Start his freshman year so he ended up going with fresno state.
College career
When Rek arrived to college he was a star in fresno even tho he hasnt played a snap yet. Everybody knew that his dad was the famous Ismael Sanchez and everybody welcomed him into Fresno. In his freshman year he did average. He didn't really wow that much people but he didn;t do bad either so that was a good thing. But when entering his sophmore season his dad had had a season ending injury in just his third year of the ISFL. Then Rek knew he had to step up his game to honor his dad and do better than him in the ISFL. His sophmore year he had an absoulute monster season. Being 5th in college passing yards and 7th in Passing Tds. He also won his team the MWC conference title. Soon he became a big name not just in the college world, in the whole football world and later committed to the DSFL draft walking in as one of the best Offensive prospects in the draft.
