Professional career
Meo started his rookie year in S46 with the Bondi Beach Buccaneers in the Developmental Simulation Football League. It was a slow start to the year. Meo had to really feel out the offense and start to make a connection with new quarterback Bugs. The start also showed there was also some competition at wide receiver who happens to be potential first overall pick in the upcoming pro draft, Maria Teresa de la Rosa. The longer the season went on the more it showed Meo was slowly separating himself from the other receivers. He ended the season with a 2 touchdown playoff game. Though Bondi Beach exited early, it showed even when the game is on the line Meo can be counted on to come up in high pressure moments. This was a great rookie season for Meo and there is such a bright future for him in the developmental league and the pros for years to come.
