Early years
Benson Bayley was born in Reading, PA to father Benson and mother Taylor. Growing up in Reading, PA which is a city with a population of just over 88,400 people. It was never easy growing up in such a big town. We always had to compete with a ton of people to make any sports team. And, when your dad is a NSFL Hall of Famer, your name follows you everywhere. No one cares who you are, everyone only cares about your father. Well, that will change. Bayley grew up wanting to play the same side of the ball as his dad, he always wanted to be a defensive lineman, but was way too small to be a lineman. He decided that Linebacker would be the best spot for him. The rest is history as he tries to live up to the Bayley name.
College career
Benson Bayley Jr attended Boston College where he was a four year starter for the Eagles. He set the record for most amount of tackles in a season by a Linebacker. When you think of the people that have went to Boston College, this is quite the accomplishment. He student Law and recieved a 4.0 GPA in his time. Schooling was always the most important to him, which is why he was going to attend Law school after Boston College. Because of that, he actually missed the deadline to declare for the DSFL Draft. He had to be put on waivers with the DSFL team. This put his development a little behind the others, but it will not be anything he will be afraid of. Boston College taught him so much. He still will be attending online school to finish his degree in law.
