Rean Schwarzer was born in Baltimore Maryland, son to Teo Schwarzer and Lucia Schwarzer and has a sister named Elise. Elise was more academically gifted while Rean seemed to get the athletic genes. While Rean In high school he played both running back and cornerback at Calvert Hall as well as being a kick and punt returner throughout the time he was there, and was a starter as a corner from his sophmore year due to injuries, and kept the position since then due to his success that year. As a running back he was mostly a change of pace back in a very pass centric offense so not much in the term of oppurtunities as a running back until his senior year.
