Rodka Raskolnikov (born May 6, 2026) was an American football wide receiver who played the majority of his career for the Orange County Otters. He also played college football for the University of Central Florida (UCF).

Early years

Rodka Raskolnikov was born in Moscow, Russia on June 16th, 1994. His family immigrated to Miami, Florida in 2000 when his father Victor Raskolnikov took a job offer as a Trucking supervisor. The Raskolnikov family quickly decided to bring him up in an American way. Signing him up to play American Football, seemed this would help him build relationships and learn the English Language.

At the age of 6, he was not the tallest, nor the shortest, but average in all aspects, so the coaching staff decided to slot him as a wide receiver. Rodka Raskolnikov through his school career never was the number one receiver for his teams, and rarely did people consider him the number two. But the coaching staff always praised his ability to be in the right place at the right time to help make big plays when the team really needed it.

Not until his senior year of High School did Raskolnikov shine, where at the last 5 games of his High School career did he average 125 yards per game and 2.5 touchdowns per game. He even had the game-winning Touchdown for his school's Championship Game, where it bounced off the initial receiver and then two defenders. Again the coaching staff would rave that he "never gave up on plays and that he was in the right position".

College career

"After catching the eye of a couple of scouts, he ended up committing to an in-state college of the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida.

Freshman Year While Raskolnikov did not see much time as a freshman, he did catch many eyes as he had a highlight reel Touchdown grab to force OT against Ohio State. Even though they lost the game it seemed the coaching staff was pleased with his ability to show up in big-time situations.

Sophomore Year Sophomore Year he was a star for UCF winning the AAC Offensive Player of the Year and breaking multiple records for UCF. He would end the season with a staggering 2432 receiving yards and 18 Touchdowns, was nominated as #3 for the Heismann Trophy. While Orlando fans screamed his name and wanting him to get attention, the sports media and scouts were hesitant on pushing the narrative as this could be a flash-in-pan player. The question was ""Could he replicate those numbers again?". Unfortunately, Raskolnikov would not touch a College Field as a player again.

Leaving College Raskolnikov would then opt-in the DSFL draft which to many was a surprise move as he has not had enough to show the scouts at the time. Even after his agent and parents tried to talk him out and play one more year in College, Raskolnikov had his sights for NSFL with a quick stop in DSFL. "I want to play against the best and I think I am ready for the DSFL" was the message Raskolnikov sent out to the teams.
