His best performance was in Week 3 against the London Royals, as he has 30 rushes for 188 yards and 2 rushing TDs. He also made an impact in the receiving and blocking game, with nearly 100 receiving yards, a receiving TD, and 26 pancakes. Tijuana had a 9-5 regular season, made the playoffs as the 2nd seed in the South division, and ultimately lost their first game to the Norfolk Seawolves in the Conference Championships.

Kyle Bessey (born October 6, 2034) is an American football runningback for the Tijuana Luchadores of the Developmental Simulation Football League (DSFL).

Early years

Kyle Bessey was born on June 10th, 2034 in Los Angeles, California. As a kid, Bessey loved sports, and played all of them regularly. He had dreams of being a football star, and rising through the ISFL as an adult. Though his parents forced him to focus on his grades often, he didn't care for them. He quickly rose above the rest of his peers in football and baseball, and began playing on local club teams for both sports. Once he started at Mater Dei High School, he became a quick star in football. He got playing time as a backup as a freshman, but started his last three seasons and was a three time selection to the All-Trinity League First Team. Bessey was recruited by many schools nationally, such as the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, Alabama Crimson Tide, and Penn State Nittany Lions, but he committed to the hometown team: the Univesity of Southern California Trojans.

College career

Once Bessey got to USC, he was quickly greeted with the harsh reality of playing at an elite, P5 University. Everyone around him was a 4 or 5 star in high school, and he didn't stand out nearly as much as he thought he did. After getting knocked around during his first couple spring practices, he realized that he needed to work twice as hard to succeed at this level. His freshman year, despite the Trojans' success as a team, saw him used sparingly in a backup role. The experience was tough for Bessey, who hated sitting on the sidelines of the Coliseum. As such, by the time his sophomore year came around, he had transformed his body to become much faster over the offseason. He became the starter, and started his first All-American campain. With over 1,000 yards and 10 TDs, he became the best running back in the west and contributed to more Trojan success. He got even better his junior year, as he got nearly 1,600 yards and 14 touchdowns. Despite leaving a year early to go to the pros, Bessey was able to graduate with a degree in Business Administration
