Kadarius Claypool II (born December 1, 2034) is an American football cornerback for the Yellowknife Wraiths of the International Simulation Football League (ISFL).

Early years

Claypool II attended American Heritage School in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canda. He was coached by his father, Kadarius Claypool, who played in the National Football League (NFL). Growing up, Kadarius was very talented at hockey, but soon realized that he was much more proficient in the sport of football. Kadarius started playing in all sorts of positions, QB, WR, and eventually settling in as CB, as he claims it is more enjoyable to shut down opposing players, rather than score. He played for the Sunnyside Salmons in Vancouver, and right away started turning heads while he was just 14 years old. Relatively new to the game of football, it was clear that schematically there was some issues, but once learned, Kadarious could have real professional career. In the last year of high school, Kadarius decided that professional football was indeed in his future. A four-star recruit, he committed to play college football at the University of Alabama in 2054.

College career

Signing with Alabama in 2054, Claypool II earned his spot on the starting roster in rookie ball scrimmages of his freshman year. He impressed the coaches immediately with his love for the game and determination to improve. Despite being less expierenced than those around him, many coaches re on the record saying the upside of Claypool ll may be the highest on the team. Claypool was given a starting CB role, rotating between slot corner and sometimes playing the outside. Claypool was impressive throughout his Freshman year with a stat line of 4 INTs, 20 Pass Defended, 3 sacks and 30 tackles. The sesaon ended very poorly for the young cornerback, as a broken wrist ended his seson in the last game before the playoffs, which Alabama went on to lose 20-17. He started his sophomore year off as the main Cornerback, lining up against speed recieving threats due to his size and agility. Claypool was terrific throughout the first half of the seson, with 4 interceptions and a 29 passing rating when the ball was thrown his way, but unfortunately Claypool ll was found to be using magic mushrooms in his dorm, and got suspened for the rest of the season. Many scouts and critics were questioning where this left Claypool ll. Claypool declared for the DSFL draft after his two years at Alabama. A projected first round talent, slipped to the 2nd round, being selected by the Norfolk Seawolves, who hope to reform his offseason issues.

Professional career

DSFL career

Claypool was drafted by the Norfolk Seawolves with the 7th pick of the second round in the Season 40 DSFL draft, which puzzled many draft pundits due to his exceptional showing in the pre-draft scouting games and strong interviews. Norfolk's GM at the time, LordCoolCats, had claimed that Kadarious may be one of the biggest draft steals for the upcoming season. With his strong pre-season showing, Norfolk immediately named Claypool their #1 Cornerback on the Seawolves depth chart.

Norfolk ended up finishing the season with a 10-4 record, earning the top seed in the playoffs. Norfolk, much in large due to their vaunted defensive backs, ended up with the best defense in the entire league. Claypool was undeniably a force for Norfolk, finishing with 81 tackles (1st among CBs), 3 forced fumbles (2nd among CBs), 3 interceptions (2nd among CBs) and 28 passes defended (2nd among CBs). This led to Claypool earning Pro Bowl honors in his rookie season as a starter, being voted as the best cornerback in the league.

Both Claypool's play and off field leadership led him to being one of the highest regarded draft prospects in the upcoming season 41 ISFL draft. Claypool had numerous visits with teams, with the draft experts expecting him to go in the first round and would eventually be selected 13th overall by the Yellowknife Wraiths.
