Early years
Auto Matic was born in Northern Ontario, Canada, where football was never seen as a popular sport. In Sudbury hockey is a culture, but Matic never figured out how to tie laces on his skates, it was too hard! Instead, the young Canadian grew up kicking a soccer ball around, which later turned into an oval ball, the football. Auto Matic would spend a lot of his free time understand this weird shaped ball, and was pretty good at hitting them through the uprights! Thankfully his parents named him what they did. Matic would continue to kick throughout his elementary and high school years learning and perfecting the skill of kicking footballs. It was not until Matic's Junior and Senior years of high school when the scouts started taking notice. What scouts Matic thought were watching him, were actually watching his teammates though. Matic did not recieve any attention, except for one school in Western Canada.
College career
Western College in Hillybury, Saskacatoon is where Auto Matic would recieve his only college offer and sign to play his college days. Football in Saskacatoon was a big deal compared to Sudbury, people actually cared about the sport. Matic instantly took in the love and appreciation from the loyal fans and community that Saskacatoon offers. The stadium was massive, the team was good, and Matic was ready to start his college debut. Matic played a full 4 season career at Western College, starting for the team for the first time in his sophmore season. Through 3 seasons of play, Auto Matic had no perfect kicking seasons, but won the Special Teams Player of the Year in his senior season. It was a beautiful send off for the young kicking Canadian. Now the only goal in mind next was to declare for the DSFL in hopes of one day being drafted to the ISFL, a dream of Matic's.

DSFL career
2048
Auto Matic started the DSFL's S48 as the Tijuana Luchadores' starting kicker and punter. After playing mostly the kicker role his whole life, the punting position for Matic seemed a bit new and underdeveloped. With consistency and hard work as the season progressed, Matic found his golden boot and filled the starting spot perfectly for the Luchadores. Matic lead the DSFL in Field Goal Percentage with a solid 83.3%. Matic's punting average increased throughout the season as well, finishing with a respectable 42.6 punt average off of 64 punts. Auto Matic was excited and eligible to be drafted into the S49 ISFL draft, and the New Orlenas Second Line fresh off their S48 Ultimus Cup win, traded a S50 2nd round pick in order to draft Matic in the 3rd round, 31st overall. Matic is so happy to move up to New Orleans after having a strong season in the DSFL. Matic has already switched his position to Tight End to start his first ISFL season in S49.
