Alex Rosen (born May 6, 2033) was an American football safety for the Portland Pythons. He played college football for Brigham Young University (BYU).

Early years

Alex Rosen was born in Des Moines, Iowa on June 5, 2034. His father was a crane operator for a construction company, and his mother was a part-time electrician. Alex discovered football fairly late, playing his first ever game at 16 years old. He developed quickly however, and was moved up to junior varsity midway through his junior year. Although he lacked finesse or experience, his dedication to practice more than made up for it, as he would routinely spend extra time exercising and watching tape. This came to bear his senior season, as his developments in speed and ferocity allowed him to move up to the varsity team. At the beginning of the season, he was not really considered a college prospect at all, but this would soon change, as his physical skills and unusually high football IQ pushed him into the eyes of scouts across the nation. He eventually ended his senior year as a high three-star prospect. Alex received a number of offers from smaller schools, as well as a few larger schools such as Purdue, Cal, Syracuse, and Texas Tech. He would eventually accept an offer from Brigham Young University.

College career

As a true freshman in 2050 at BYU, Alex did not see any playing time until the last game of the season against Houston where he was put in the game late in the fourth quarter due to extensive injuries in BYU's secondary, where he then proceeded to take advantage of a bad pass from Houston's quarterback to pull in a game-sealing interception, marking his debut in the attention of the sports media. The next season for Alex, although not a bad season by most considerations, was rather underwhelming, as, despite his physical and mental capabilities, Alex's form was still considered poor by most means. This would change the next season however, as, along with a full year of training as a starter, a change from SS to FS was all it took for Alex to reach greatness. His performance exploded, and by the end of his Junior year, he had set multiple school records for single-season defensive performance. In april the following year, he released a rap album created by him and some of his teammates, with one of the songs managing to reach the US Top 20, and further strengthening his media presence. His senior season did not dissapoint, as he managed to, as BYU's new defensive team captain, lead the team to become one of the top defenses in the nation. He graduated in the spring of 2054 with a bachelor's degree in musical composition, with a minor in english language studies.
