'ISFL season 16 (also referred to as the 2031 NSFL season) began on 28 September, 2031. The season concluded with Ultimus Bowl XVI on 25 January, 2032, where the Arizona Outlaws were crowned ISFL champions after defeating the Philadelphia Liberty by a score of 30-34.

Player movements

The league year began in March of 2031, with teams allowed to contact and enter negotiations with players whose contracts were not yet extended beyond the end of the 2030 ISFL season.

Draft

The 2031 ISFL Draft was held on 13 April, 2031. The Chicago Butchers selected Running Back Sam Torenson with the first overall pick.

The 2031 ISFL playoffs consisted of three rounds; with four divisional games being played before two conference championships – contested by the winners of each divisional game. The winners of the conference championship games then played in Ultimus Bowl XVI.
