'ISFL season 16 (also referred to as the 2031 NSFL season) began on 28 September, 2031. The season concluded with Ultimus Bowl XVI on 25 January, 2032, where the Arizona Outlaws were crowned ISFL champions after defeating the Philadelphia Liberty by a score of 30-34.
