Field descriptions
- name Name of the franchise
- founded Year when the franchise was founded. Use {{nsfly|1|nolink}} with the appropriate season number.
- first_season [OPTIONAL] Year of the franchise's first season. Use {{TeamYearShort|ARI|1}}, replacing the team short code and season number.
- current [OPTIONAL] the current season, in the form "Team Name season SeasonNumber", i.e. "Arizona Outlaws season 37"
- logo [OPTIONAL] Image of the team's current logo, in the form Image:image_name.ext (without brackets)
- city Name of the city in which the franchise is based, in the form City, State
Enter like so: [[Outlaw Stadium]]<br/>[[wp:Phoenix, Arizona|Phoenix, Arizona]]. If the stadium is also the team headquarters, include " and '''headquartered''' in " at the start as well.
- uniform [OPTIONAL] Image of the team's current uniforms, in the form Image:image_name.ext (without brackets)
- colors The franchise's official colors, in text with colorboxes ({{colorbox|COLOR}}) on a second line. Like so: Colour 1, 2, 3<br />{{color box|#620615}} {{color box|#b7995b}} {{color box|#000000}}
- song [OPTIONAL] Team's fight song
- mascot [OPTIONAL] Team mascot
- owner [OPTIONAL] Current franchise owner(s)
- chairman [OPTIONAL] Current head of the franchise board of directors
- ceo [OPTIONAL] Current CEO of the franchise
- president [OPTIONAL] Current top executive of the franchise

- hist_misc [OPTIONAL] A list of the team's previous names
- hist_misc2 [OPTIONAL] Reserved for addition notes about the team's previous names
- division_hist List of divisions the team played in, and the relevant years. Use the isfly template, for example:
