Willie Woodson (born December 22, 2009) is an American football cornerback who is currently unsigned by a professional team.

Early years

Woodson was "born" in an underground laboratory below Los Angeles, CA on the 25th anniversary of the most recent Oakland Raider Super Bowl victory. The first successful human clone of Pollux Corp, he was created using the genetic material from 2 legendary Raider cornerbacks, the hall of famer Willie Brown and his (at the time) modern day replacement Charles Woodson. Being the first of his kind W. Woodson is not a perfect specimen, however his "parentage" does give him natural ability that far exceeds the average athlete.

Raised in the city, he spent most his time in the lab watching game tape and learning from the greats. He loved watching Lott, Bailey, "Night Train" Lane, and the rest. Woodson honed his mind and body both, training to become the DB that he was destined to be. This dedication led to Woodson dominating the local Pop Warner league and eventually being recruited to southern California powerhouse Mater Dei (not that they recruit athletes). He played well there and led the school to 1 National and 2 State Championships.

He also wrestled and played volleyball in the offseason, much to his coach Bruce Rollinson's chagrin, it was highly "recommended" for football players to join the track and field team during the spring. His academics were above average, but certainly didn't lead to the recruiting frenzy that occurred when it came time to select a University.

College career

Woodson ultimately decided to stay close to home and play for the UCLA Bruins. This would allow him continued access to the next generation training technology of Pollux Corp. He started as a true freshman, but as often happens when transitioning to the next level couldn't put up the same gaudy numbers as he was used to. The Bruins ultimately ended the season 5th in the Pac14 well below their 2nd place preseason power ranking.

This caused Woodson to double down on his already impressive efforts and the results were seen immediately. His sophomore season was much improved as Woodson ended the year with a school record 15 passes defended. UCLA would go on to lose their bowl game that year, but both Woodson and the team were on a clear upward trajectory.

Woodson's final college season started off strong as they went 6-0 including 3 conference victories. Woodson was on his way to breaking conference records in both PDs as well as INTs. He was a clear early 1st rounder when he inevitably declared. This trend did not continue as Woodson broke his leg early in the 7th game of the year and missed the rest of the season. With injury concerns now an issue his stock has fallen considerably for the upcoming draft.
