Vincent Sharpei Jr. (born July 26, 2020) is an American football wide receiver who is currently preparing to enter the professional ranks. He played college football for Notre Dame (ND) and has declared his intent to enter the professional ranks next season.

Early years

Vincent Sharpei Jr., named after his Father, NSFL Offensive Lineman turned Linebacker Vincent Sharpei, was born in Chicago Illinois after his father had retired from the league. His Mother was Vincent Sharpei's long-time sweetheart kept secret. Vincent Sharpei Jr. Showed promise from a young age. He grew to be 5'11 his freshman year of high school and was asked by the coaches to play for the Varsity Team. Outside of being a Wide Reciever, Vincent Sharpei Jr. also was a capable return man, and played varisty his full four years in High School. He was scouted end of his Junior year by Notre Dame and sat down with his family and decided to stay close to home, so Notre Dame was the answer for him. His Senior year of high school, he discloated his left shoulder, so he never really got to improve and help the team that year, but it did not matter since he had that full ride to Notre Dame. It's good to have your father be a known football player.

College career

Vincent Sharpei Jr. sadly did not have such a great college career. His freshman year, he did not see any playing time as he was still recovering from his shoulder injury he faced his Senior Year of High School. His Sophmore year was not much better, as he was way behind the rest of the team, never really getting any time like the rest of his Notre Dame Buddies. He saw the field in very limited playing time, and was not able to come up with much. He actually didn't even record a single Catch his Sophmore year of College. You could say his breakout year was his Junior year, if you could call it that. Vincent Sharpei Jr. had everything click his Junior year, and he was able to finally see advanced playing time. He finished his Junior Season with 47 Catches for 657 yards and 4 Touchdowns. Not great numbers by any means when you look at it. He decided to throw his name into the hat for the DSFL Draft, and forego his Senior Year at Notre Dame.
