Career highlights and awards

Sean Snyder (born May 10, 2015) is an American football wide receiver for the New York Silverbacks of the National Simulation Football League (NSFL).

Early years

Sean Snyder was born on May 10 2015 in Portland, Oregon. He would attend Grant High School to play for the Pacers in his birthplace, Portland. Once the football season was over, Snyder would do track and field while he patiently waits prepared for the next season. In his senior year, He would be shocked to find out that he was one of the top receivers in his state and was getting recruited by teams around the Country. In Snyders last High School game, he would catch eight passes for 124 yards. He would also do some embarrassing plays such as taunting his way in to the endzone just to get fumbled at the 3 yard line. After lots of thought, he would decide to stay in Oregon and go to the University Of Oregon.

College career

Sean Snyder would attend the University of Oregon where he played for the ducks for the next years. As a freshman, Snyder would be on the benches until he would finally play for someone against Ohio state. In that game, Sean Snyder would go for 5 receptions for 69 yards and would even go for an touchdown. Although Snyder was amazing at catching, his ability to hang on to the ball failed as he fumbled the ball during overtime. This caused Sean to miss more games in his freshman days. When he was a junior, One of the receivers were injured for the year forcing Sean Snyder to come in as the backup. This year, Snyder went for 28 receptions for 456 yards along with 5 touchdowns and no fumbles. In the College football playoffs, Snyder got 123 yards and 2 touchdowns for his team. Although they lost, they still were rewarded with Snyder's ability and were excited with what he was going to do next. In his senior year he wanted to prove something to everybody. With Snyder being the starter receiver, he went for 65 receptions for 780 yards for 9 touchdowns, one of them being a punt return touchdown. When he left Oregon everyone felt that Snyder was going to be a top pick in the draft. The problem was his combine stats. Unlike being prepared for everything in High school and college, Snyder was failing the combine, and was drafted in the 5th round of the NFL draft eventually getting cut in preseason.

DSFL Career

S21

After getting cut from Detroit, Sean Snyder would basically be homeless and would have to find a job as soon as he can. He then met the NSFL. He would quickly apply for S21 despite it already starting a few weeks ago. He just wanted to start playing football again and did not want to wait until the draft to do it. After waiting for a while he got a call from a random number. It was Kanako, the GM of the Portland Pythons. He announced on the phone that I would now be apart of their team in the DSFL. It felt like a amazing moment for Snyder for some reason. Something just felt like this was his second chance until it would be the end of his football career. He started to play during week 9 and got 42 yards that game with 5 receptions. He finally had an actual career in the football universe. Although he fucked up during the playoff game against the coyotes, he showed that he actually cared about the game.

S22

It was the NSFL draft and Snyder was at his table with his family excited for the draft to start. With only 75 TPE and a stacked draft class he felt like it would take a while for someone to draft him. 9 rounds later he would get a phone call from a unknown number. It was Isa, the GM of the Second Line, was about to turn their pick in and asked if Snyder would like to go to the Second Line. Out of excitement he said yes. He wouldn't be going there right away though as he was still devolving himself as a part of the NSFL. In DSFL he only had one mission, and that was to be fucking amazing this season. First game against the bucs he would get 5 receptions for 52 yards. Although they lost Snyder was looking at the bright side and was happy for his receiving stats. For the rest of the games he was still trying his hardest being WR2 as sometimes he would get very good receiving plays and other times he would get no receptions at all. Sean Snyder was training all day and night just to try to get the team in the playoffs but the loss against Tijuana ended their playoff chances and the season would come to a close. The locker room was very quiet and Sean was very disappointed about his performance out there and decided to make a promise and try to be way better then he was last season and try to make the team playoff bound. To see if he kept his promise is still yet to see.

S23

This season, which would be the last season of Snyder's DSFL career, meant everything to him. This was his last chance to try to get a Ultimini before packing his bags to New Orleans. Before the season started, Snyder would be WR2 instead of what he thought he was going to be, WR1. So that kind of sucked for Snyder but he wasn't giving up on the season yet. As the TPE leader of the pythons locker room he was still pretty stoked about the season and he was ready to go back to the playoffs for the first time since his first season. First game of the season, and they lose to the buccaneers. It felt like no problem for him but after seeing how they did last year when they lost to the Buccaneers in the first week he felt like this season was going to turn out trash. However, by week 7 they were on a huge winning streak with a 3-4 record and were looking to go 10-4 even though that felt impossible for Portland. Snyder had hope again. Now week 14 comes and Portland gets there last win of the season ending off again with a 5-9 season. Snyder was dissapointed. He made a promise to be way better then he was last season to try to make the team playoff bound but it looked like neither of those things happened this season. In the end, Snyder would end off with 47 receptions, 603 yards, and 2 touchdowns. Although those are great stats, He was still pissed. He was even mad about a fullback getting better stats then him. Snyder couldn't keep his promise, but can he win something even better over in New Orleans? This was his DSFL Career.

ISFL/NSFL Career

S24

Snyder knew that it was going to be tough. Seeing all the high TPE players go in action while he is basically the new rookie in the ISFL kind of spooked him a little bit. But he just shook it off and said "Well hey, that is just football." On his time with the New Orleans Second Line it was a very welcoming locker room with people like Isa, Slothisberger, Tesla, and so much more just took his love and passion for football even higher. But once again, Snyder had a mission to try to attempt. If he couldn't win a Ultimini with the Pythons, then why not try to win a Ultimus with the second line? Sean Snyder went on the field and tried to shock the world what he was actually capable of. He always thought he was forgotten in the list of the other receivers and thats why he always wants to prove himself so much. In his ISFL career, his "rookie" season would end off with 41 receptions, 646 receiving yards, and 5 touchdowns. Sure he was kind of upset on losing in the playoffs and not achieving his goal but he wasn't as mad as last season. He actually thought he did pretty good for his first time in the ISFL. He will try to achieve his goal with his later years with New Orleans but for right now, he thought it was a good year for him. He still has about 3 or 4 more years left in his contract so nothing can get in the way except....expansion.
