Nick Marksman (born March 28, 2015) is an American football tight end for the Undrafted of the National Simulation Football League (NSFL).

Early years

Born to professional athletes, Nick Marksman had his eyes set on the NSFL from an early age. After dominating youth leagues in football, basketball and baseball, Nick continued this success in high school. Lettering in all 3 sports while attending George Washington High, Nick received scholarships in all three sports and ultimately chose football voer the others. Alabama, LSU, Georgia, Ohio State and Michigan were only a few of the scholarships he had been offered while still in high school Syracuse University got the nod due to it being closer to home than many other D1 schools. While proving himself on the football field in high school, Nick broke many Section 5 records and clearly the best athlete that George Washington High had ever seen. The previous record holder at the school was former NSFL Wide Receiver Terrence Biggims. Biggims would go on to set many NSFL records proving there is something in the water at George Washington High.

College career

Nick Marksman made use of his scholarship to attend Syrcuse University where not only did he excel on the football field, but also in the classroom. Nick received a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering and also broke many school records along the way. By the time Nick had graduated, he owned school records in Career Receiving Touchdowns, Career Receiving Yards, and Career Receptions. Before selecting football however, Nick almost chose baseball over football. After winning the college baseball champiosnhip with Syracuse in his sophomore season, it seemed that Nick was destined for the MLB and had many scouts attending batting practices and workouts. After arguably a more successful beginning to his collegiate career in baseball, Nick began to focus more on football and his baseball career took a backseat. Nick then went on to have a record setting senior season and still owns many ACC records to this day. The NSFL now seemed to be the next destination.
