Mark "Mean Mark" Callous (born February 8, 2019) is an American football wide receiver who is currently preparing to enter the professional ranks. He played college football for Pepperdine University and has declared his intent to enter the professional ranks next season.

Early years

Mark Calloway was born pre-mature in the dead heat of Death Valley by his parents Edna and Marhsal Calloway. The story goes that his parents were lovers of the outdoors they would often hike through the desert even while Edna was pregnant. Not expecting their son to be born for a few more months that decided to go on one of their usual hikes through the desert but unbeknownst to them Ednas water would break midway through their hike and she was forced to give birth to their first and only child Mark. Growing up Mark was very much an introvert and kept to himself, even with his parents. The one thing that they would all bond over was Football and they were all huge fans of the ISFL. As die-hard Arizona Outlaw fans they would watch them every week. His father's favorite player was Reg Macworthy which led him down the path of actually wanting to be a running back in the ISFL when he grew up. What made him change his path to wide receiver was that he sprouted to 6'2 and therefore much too tall to play running back. From then on he would play Football as a wide receiver all through his schooling years and would go on to play for Pepperdine University where he would continue to grow and hone his craft.

College career

Calloway quickly made a name for himself at Pepperdine even as a young Freshman. He had the height but hadn't put on much weight being only 150 pounds. Even so he would record 35 catches for 432 yards and 5 touchdowns. Heading into his Sophomore year Mark faced his first big hurdle of his athletic career when he broke his left leg and wouldn't be able to play the entire season. Initially beaten and broken he would power through and rehab with the motivation from his father and was ready to play in his Junior year. This would be Marks time as it seemed like he came from no where and took over the offense. With his seemingly unbreakable will he became a force on the field recording 60 catches for 769 yards and 10 touch downs. Following his monster junior year Mark would yet again blow his previous year out of the water along with everyone's expectations of him when he recording an astounding 97 catches for 1442 yards and 15 touch downs. After the end of his senior year Mark would declare for the DSFL draft with hopes to one day play for him and his families favorite team the Arizona Outlaws
