Leighton Lee (born January 17, 2004) is an American football linebacker for the Portland Pythons of the Developmental Simulation Football League (DSFL). He played college football for University of Texas (UT) and has declared his intent to enter the professional ranks next season.

Early years

Growing up, Leighton Lee was in a household with a lot of celebrities. His dad, Sean Lee, played football for the NFL's Dallas Cowboys and was a star linebacker for them. He never won any Super Bowls, but the Cowboys never won anything so it didn't matter. He also grew up alongside his famous brother, Jaylon Lee, who was a star in the NSFL and will undoubtedly go into the Hall of Fame. Leighton was actually a mistake, which is proven by the age gap of the kids. Leighton grew up playing little league and he was undoubtedly the biggest kid on the field. He was never the fastest, but he was a wall. He usually played the lines and when he did, it was trouble for the opposing teams. In high school, Leighton was the best player in the county and the Dallas Morning News often wrote about him. He was tough because Jaylon taught him the value of working hard and never quitting. Simply put, Leighton got a lot of scholarship offers because of his work ethic and how hard he played for his team. His coaches raved about his work ethic and what he did for his team, never complaining. He won 2 state championships at the 6A level at runningback and linebacker. He chose the route of linebacker because he was more of a bruiser and loved to break people's bones.

College career

The University of Texas, DBU if you will. Leighton Lee chose the wrong school for his position, but he undoubtedly picked a bue blood program. While he was there, the Longhorns won a National Championship behind the solid defense led by Leighton Lee. He was a spin down safety, too big for safety, but too big for linebacker. He started to work on his body composition and in his senior year he was an All-American with a National Championship to prove his leadership ability. In school, he wasin the McCombs School of Business, an elite business school. He used his time there to build himself into a busienss mongol, starting the NoseMit company. This company allowed him to start creating prototyeps for his onetime use NoseMits, a product inspired by his mom. He ended up graduating with a degree in marketing from here and vowed to never have to use it, though he will gladly use it if thats what it takes to help him get selected in the NSFL draft. Leighton also joined a fraternity in class, Beta Theta Pi. This fraternity allowed him to connect with guys who were not necessarily on the football team, but that wanted to do well in school. He was able to mingle with all walks of life and grow in his faith. In college, his faith transformed into a crucial part of his life and helped him grow into the man that these teams covet.
