Kyle Bryant (born August 5, 2022) is an American football safety who is currently preparing to enter the professional ranks. He played college football for Wake Forest (WAKE) before going undrafted in the 2045 ISFL Draft (S30).

Early years

"Kyle Bryant has been defying expectations as long as he can remember. A young boy from North Carolina, Bryant was never the biggest kid in the yard, in fact, he was quite often the smallest. All throughout his youth his coaches and teammates would lose faith in him from his lack of traditional size, but what he lacked in physicality he made up for in agility and effort. Often one of the fastest kids in the yard, Bryant quickly picked up safety as a position to play, as it allowed him to patrol the secondary and use his tremendous speed to keep opposing offenses from being able to accomplish much.

His speed and hard working nature got him through the early parts of his athletic career, but once he got to high school he knew that they were not going to be enough to keep up with the rest of his peers. He knew he was gonna have to hit the gym and fast. So Kyle would then dedicate the rest of his freshman and sophomore years trying to bulk up as much as possible, gaining 40 pounds over the course of the 2 years, while trying to lose as little of that agility as possible. He knew, however, that he had to go higher.

Kyle was always a student of the game, enjoying to watch it as well as study it, but he took it to a whole new level in high school. Often known for spending a ridiculous time with his coaches going over tape, as well as assessing game plan strategies for the upcoming games. By his senior year he was a unanimous captain and 4 star recruit. The next step was seeing which colleges would be interested in bringing him in."

College career

"Kyle was very focused on staying local, as his family was a large part of his development, so his top choices were all North Carolina schools. After a long and difficult decision process, he decided to stay local and head to Winston-Salem to attend Wake Forest University.

Kyle's time with the Demon Deacons was everything they could have hoped for and more. He didn't play much as a Freshman, but got an opening in his Sophomore season when the starting FS went down with an ankle injury. Kyle never looked back, as his first game was a 2 INT, 2 TD performance against conference rivals Virginia. He would go on to solidify that starting spot throughout the year and would become a consistent force in what turned out to be a surprisingly good Wake Forest secondary. A 2 year captain, he is widely considered to be one of the more intelligent players coming out in Season 30 and especially good in Zone Coverage."
