Jorel Tuck (born January 1, 2018) is an American football tight end for the San Antonio Marshals of the Developmental Simulation Football League (DSFL). He played college football for California (Cal) and has declared his intent to enter the professional ranks next season.

Early years

Jorel Tuck was born in the San Francisco Bay Area and was quickly introduced to the sport by his controversial uncle, Jayce Tuck.

In highschool Jorel played both tight end and a safety/linebacker hybrid role with much success. His athelticism made him one of the top player in the country and he took his team to three state championships.

Jorel finished his highschool career as the top rated college prospect at both the linebacker AND tight end position. Jorel turned down offers from several big name football schools to play at his family: California in Berkeley.

College career

Jorel decided to forgo his redshirt year in order to try and extend his career in the pros. As a true freshman Jorel won the starting tight end position and immediately made an impact. The California offense finished the season 7th in the nation in scoring on the back of 1,200 yards 14 touchdowns from the hands of Jorel.

In his sophomore season Jorel suffered a torn ACL in his left knee that kept him out for the entire season.

Jorel's junior year he came back with a vengence. California won the Rosebowl behind a deadly offense. Jorel continued to light up the stat sheet with over the top receiving numbers that culimnated in 92 receptions, 1783 yards, and 19 touchdowns. However, he was also a Youtube sensation due to several highlight worthy blocks where he took players, often multiple, out of plays. NSFL scouts said he may be the hardest hitter in the FBS and he was an an offensive player.
