Inspector Gadget (born March 12, 2029) is an American football safety for the Portland Pythons of the Developmental Simulation Football League (DSFL).

Early years

Inspector Gadget grew up having to deal with his archnemisis George Claw from a young age, as they constantly fought eachother for the starting spot on their football team. Inspector Gadget grew up a family man, taking under his wing a girl named penny, who would go on to become his agent. In addition to playing football, Inspector Gadget got into a major injury and had to be essentially Re-Constructed from the ground up, adding several upgrades along the way, such as his go go Gadget arms he so often uses to get picks that otherwise would not be feasible. Meanwhile he took his special talents into fighting MAD, the evil league of evil, who was spearheaded by The Nefarious George Claw PhD. His football career and crime fighting career were a tough balancing act to manage, however Inspector Gadget perserviered, becoming elite at both through the power of his modified body.

College career

Gadget's coaches had it out for him as a true freshman, because of a recent scandal involving a notorious wide (golden) reciever called "Air Bud." As a result of said scandal, colleges were clamping down on eligable reciever rules, coaches were scared to play Inspector Gadget, as his mechanical upgrades could be seen as an unfair advantage. As such he was relagated mostly to the practice squad. The ISFL (and as a result the DSFL) however have no rules regarding body modifications, so as a result, Inspector Gadget applied for the draft. In the meantime, he continued to put up relatively unimpressive stats in college, only coming out in games that were already all but lost (which for Rutgers was most of them). Inspector Gadget was however a top water boy prospect in the league, as his extendo arms meant he could get water out faster then anyone else in college football.

Professional career

DSFL career

Inspector Gadget's first year in the DSFL was a major sucess, he started in Season 36 of the league with a league High 6 Interceptions, 2 of them being pick sixes. Inspector Gadget also helped bring the portland Pythons to the Ultimini, however they lost in the finals to the Tiajuana Luchadores in a close match. That season Inspector Gadget won Defensive Performance of the Season, along with Defensive Rookie of the year, and being named an all pro safety for the season. Inspector Gadget plans to continue this dominance as a defensive back, looking to continue putting up monster stats. In the locker room Inspector Gadget has become an anchor for the Portland Python's locker room, where he has kept spirits high and morale up, even after some tough losses.
