Antonio Augustin Summer (born January 8, 2006) is an American football running back who is eligible for selection in the 2025 DSFL Draft (S10). He played for the Portland Pythons of the Developmental Simulation Football League (DSFL) in the 2024 (S9) playoffs.

Early years
Antonio Summer was born in Star City, Saskatchewan, Canada in August and was raised by two parents that were extremely willing to support his dream of becoming a football star. From a young age, his parents drove him and out of Saskatoon to play for the Arbor Creek Falcons who were one of the premier talent teams in Saskatchewan. He attended Melfort and Unit Comprehensive Collegiate and was a straight A student all through middle school and high school, and was offered multiple roles on NCAA and CSI teams and eventually signed on with the University of Saskatchewan before deciding to join the DSFL straight out of high school. Summer has made large efforts in his community back home, having come from a town where not a lot of traffic or services come through and has taken an active role in mental health awareness as well as blood donation. Summer recently took a trip to Anaheim where he met with Orange County Otters and San Jose Sabercats fans to talk to them about mental health issues and to do a meet and greet and was a major part of the Portland Pythons trip at the beginning of the playoffs to the Children's Hospital in downtown Portland.
College career
Summer was an All-Star during his tenure at MUCC with the Wings, posting multiple provincial records and helping the team to an eventual provincial championship berth before the team was knocked out by the Holy Cross Crusaders. Summer's impact on the football program in Melfort ended with him recently being inducted into the Wings Hall of Fame as a seventeen-year-old, the first to ever have this done. He visits Melfort often to give back to the program and has even agreed to sign on as a coach once he finishes his career in Portland and moves up to the NSFL. Summer was named to the All-Province team three teams and currently holds every major rushing record in the Melfort and District Regional Area as well as the single-season touchdowns record for the province of Saskatchewan.

Professional career
DSFL career
Summer started his DSFL career this post-season with the Portland Pythons, where he signed on to a two-game temporary no holdings contract with the team in order to help them in their playoff push. Summer posted twenty all-purpose yards in his first game against the Kansas City Coyotes, but in a controversial move did not see any playing time in the Ultimini against the Tijuana Luchadores. Summer will be entering the S10 DSFL Entry Draft in less than a week, and so far has already made his fair share of connections after requesting that any team who wants his services must contact him prior to the draft in order to start the process.
