Ace Boogie Jr. (born August 7th, 2000) is an American football cornerback for the Kansas City Coyotes, of the Developmental Simulation Football League. He previously attended the University of Florida, playing three years in their football program.

Early years

Ace Boogie Jr. was born on August 7th, 2000, his mother Pam, was a nurse at a local hospital and his father Ace was a local car salesman. Ace Boogie played football through college and later into the European leagues until his career was cut short after a fatal ACL tear. Boogie Jr. grew up a troubled child, always staying in and out of trouble until his parents had enough and signed him up for football in the 6th grade at Piedmont Academy. Once he began playing, he stayed out of trouble and loved to hit. Ace Boogie Jr. began playing corner his 7th-grade year and never looked back. He was named All-State his sophomore, junior, and senior years, along with winning 2 state championships. Boogie Jr. held many offers to all powerhouse universities but chose to go to the University of Florida, which he perceived as "DBU".

College career

ABJ came at a great time for the University of Florida, he enrolled in the summer of 2022 and quickly began to shine in practice. He did not get a start until the corner in front of him, Jimmy Jackson III, went down with a season-ending broken foot. Boogie Jr. never sat another game in college. During the final 6 games in his freshman year, he had 35 tackles and 3 interceptions, one of those being a pick 6. Florida finished 9-3 his first year, but the future looked bright under head coach Dan Mullen. Boogie Jr's sophomore could arguably be his best statistical year, as he led a nasty Gator defense with over 40 tackles and a Gator record 11 interceptions, this nasty Gator defense only allowed over 24 points once and helped the Gators go 10-2 with a spot in the Peach Bowl against rivals Miami. Miami routed Florida this day, winning 17-0. The final year of Boogie Jr's. time at Florida wasn't his best statistically but he locked down every receiver he went against. He recorded 37 tackles and only had 4 interceptions, but all year, he only gave up 6 catches. Florida would ride this lockdown corner to 12 wins, an SEC Championship, and a trip to the National Championship against Clemson. Florida lost this National Championship, 21-16, leaving Boogie with no ring he wanted so badly. Boogie finished his college career having been a two-time All-American and a three-time All-SEC player.

Professional career

Ace Boogie Jr. was claimed off waivers by the Kansas City Coyotes during the 2025 DSFL season.

Boogie Jr. went into the combine with tons of hype and performed excellently in the combine, but as the days to the draft were winding down, Boogie Jr. was busted for pot. He made it publicly known for no teams to draft him until he got out of rehab, and no one did. Boogie Jr. spent 2 months in rehab and came back finally clean.
