WorseThan Blaze (born May 11, 2038) is an American football runningback who is currently preparing to enter the professional ranks.He played college football for Wisconsin (WIS) before going undrafted in the 2060 ISFL Draft (S45).

Early years
WorseThan Blaze was born in Kenosha, WI the son of a university professor mother and athletic agent father. He was named in reference to ISFL star wide receiver Johnny Blaze Jr., a player whose prowess his parents knew immediately he would never live up to. While some parents name their children with bright futures in mind, WorseThan's parents were realists who wanted to give him a chip on his shoulder from a young age. Whatever they did, it worked. Young Blaze immediately took to football, eager to prove himself to his parents, his schoolmates, and the world. In high school, the bruising fullback set a Wisconsin state record for pancakes in a season with 300. His intense and relentless style of play reminded others of NFL greats William Henderson and Mike Alstott, and he received an offer to play for in-state power University of Wisconsin on a full scholarship, an offer he graciously accepted.
College career
WorseThan immediately proved himself as a hard worker and selfless team player. Despite being limited to special teams duties as a freshman, Blaze was frequently mentioned by high profile teammates and coaches as a player to watch for the future, and he won the players vote for Freshman of the Year for the team. His sophomore season was a breakout one for Blaze, as he began seeing routine snaps at both fullback and tight end, along with keeping his special teams duties. Wisconsin is known to churn out tremendous running backs, and nobody appreciated Blaze more than the halfbacks who he blocked for. During his junior year, Blaze laid a huge block on an Ohio State linebacker to spring the team's halfback free for the game-winning 25 yard touchdown run. During his senior year, Blaze started to get some goalline carries in addition to his typical work as a blocker. He was also given the captain armband, an honor rarely bestowed upon a fullback. He scored 3 touchdowns in a 59-10 victory over Purdue, and was instrumental in helping the team pick up first downs in short-yardage situations. Wisconsin won the national championship with a 49-39 win over Florida State.
