Victor Moreno (born August 27, 2012) is an American football cornerback for the Tijuana Luchadores in the Developmental Simulation Football League (DSFL) who was drafted 2nd pick of the 4th round (14th overall) in the 2034 DSFL draft.

Early years

Victor Moreno was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco but moved to Phoenix, Arizona at the age of 3. Being forced to move at such a young age had it's upside for Moreno, he quickly adapted to the language and culture that the US had to offer, that including the sport he will eventually fall in love with (Football). He attended Chandler High School where coach Rick Garretson took the decision to switch him from wide receiver to cornerback thanks to lack in defensive backs depth. He would become a very promising cornerback.
