Ultimus Bowl VI was an American football game played to determine the champion of the National Simulation Football League (NSFL) for 2021 (S6). The American Simulation Football Conference (ASFC) champion Orange County Otters defeated the National Simulation Football Conference (NSFC) champion Philadelphia Liberty, 23-17, to win their third straight Ultimus Bowl title. The game was played at Santa Ana Stadium in Santa Ana, California.
