Terry Taffy (born February 3rd, 2007) is an American football Running Back for the Southwest Foxes of the Prospect Bowl. He played college football for Ohio St.

Early years

Taffy grew up in Cincinnati. He initially was into basketball, and even became a 3-star prospect according to 247sports. He was also into track and set a county record for the fastest 40-yard dash. It was in his sophomore season he was told to consider to play football. He naturally become a good running back and receiver cause of his speed and control, things he claims was the result of his time in the Queen's city Track program. He set multiple Ohio records in all purpose yards, and rushing touchdowns. There was a fierce recruiting battle between Michigan, Michigan St., University of Cincinnati and Ohio St. to pick up the highly desired 5 star running back/wide receiver prospect. He eventually verbally committed to Ohio State in 2026, his senior year at Queens City.

College career

As a true freshman, Taffy got off to a fiery start, posting high stats versus Rutgers and Tulane. Against LSU, he suffered a season ending injury to his knee, which required multiple surgeries. He simply wasn't the same athleticism wise in the following year, but his route running and decision making improved significantly. He became a real weapon in Ohio State's spread offense. Despite his position being a running back, he racked up nearly 1500 receiving yards, trailing 400 behind the 10 most receiving yards in one season in Ohio State's record. "Chasing the ghost of Ginn" was a large storyline during his second season. He did not perform nearly as well in his third and final season, but with a season as good as his, it wasn't expected. He had a solid season and formally declared for the DSFL draft March 3rd, 2029.

College career statistics

Terry Taffy left college with a career total of 5000 all purpose yards.
