Tash was born is Scottsdale Arizona. Mother, Riley Thopmson and Father, Greg Thompson had Tash and her two older brothers Tanner Thompson and Trey Thompson. Tash grew up playing youth soccer with her brothers and continuted into middle school. In high school she ran track and played football following in the footsteps of her two older brothers playing wide reciever. She caught the eyes of college football scouts her senior year after putting up over 1,200 yards and 10 touchdowns in the highest classification of AZ highschool football. Ultimately colleges were worried about Tash's small female frame and only one school offered her a full scholoarship, The University of North Texas. Tash also excelled at track and field, setting several female track records for the state of Arizona. Despite only recieving 1 football scholarship, she was recruited by practically every major college to run female track and field at the college level. Ultimately her heart was set on football and she chose to attend the University of North Texas to play wide reciever.
