Oxford Comma (born January 3, 1905) is an American football linebacker who is currently preparing to enter the professional ranks. He played college football for Oxford University and has declared his intent to enter the professional ranks next season.

Early years

While mainly taught in high school, Oxford Comma's importance was not truly appreciated until he got to university. Starting his career at Oxford University, Comma has had a illustrious career so far. There have many battles between whether he is an integral part of his team, but they just keep using him anyways. Comma was an integral part of the defense while in school. While most casual fans of the game would consider Comma useless, the true lovers of the game understand that he is an extremely important part of the team who can make a serious difference in many different circumstances. Sometimes, the entire team would be headed to a massive blunder, but Comma would make his presence known and right the wrongs just enough to keep the team in tact. Comma technically started his career as a tight end while he was in high school. But while filling in for a defenseman in a drill one afternoon his junior year, he had an impressive performance, enough to convince the coach to switch him to the defensive side of the ball.

College career

Even though there were many times that Comma was used while in high school and his freshman year of university, he wasn't fully utilized until he was a sophomore. He went from being in a middle linebacker rotation to a solidified, every-down right outside lineback position. There was no one that could take that position from him. Every play with Comma not on the field was a train wreck. There was utter confusion among the other defensive players and pandamonium was bound to happen. But when Comma was in his ROLB spot, the defense suddenly made sense. Every player was in their correct positions and were able to operate effieciently where they belonged so long as Oxford Comma was on the field. Due to his exceptional importance to his team, he has become a highly sought-after prospect in the upcoming s45 (class s46) DSFL Draft. Any defense that has the pleasure of having Comma command them will have their IQs raised significantly.
