The NSFC Championship is the annual American football game that determines the champion of the National Simulation Football Conference (NSFC). The contest is held in the city of the home team, which is determined by the regular season record. The top team in NSFC receives the home-field advantage.

The Baltimore Hawks (7–3) have won the most NSFC Championship games with seven, while the Philadelphia Liberty (4–5) sit at four wins, Yellowknife Wraiths (3-4) have three, and the Colorado Yeti (2–3) have two wins, and at the very end the Chicago Butchers (0-1) who are the only team to make a conference championship to not win one in the whole league. Baltimore has the most NSFC Championship Game appearances with eleven. Philadelphia, Yellowknife and Baltimore have all appeared in five consecutive NSFC Championship games; a joint record. The Philadelphia Liberty have lost a record six NSFC Championship games. The record for consecutive wins is four, accomplished by the Baltimore Hawks (2024–2027).
