Lane Frost Sr. (born January 1, 1997) is an American football coach. He is the head football coach at North Carolina A&T State University.

Frost was hired as the acting head coach of Honolulu Hahalua, where he spent a 5-year stint. Frost went to three Ultimus Bowl appearances with Honolulu, winning two of them (XXXV & XXXVI). During his time as the North Dakota State offensive coordinator, Frost and the team won the Missouri Valley Football Conference from 2027 to the end of his time in 2030.
