Kwame Abayomi Mbanefo (born January 22, 1999) is an American football defensive end who is currently unsigned by a professional team.

Early years
Born and raised til the age of 12 in Maputo, Mozambique, Kwame (or as he is called as a nick name KAM) moved with his family to Canada (Eastern Ontario) due to his father getting work at the Local University. Not know for their top tier football programs, Kwame had to make a special point from a young age to try and ge the attention fo scouts from the DSFL and NSFL out at a young age to get his name in the coverstations.
College career
Once KAM hit the University circuit in Canada playing for Queens, he started to gain some more attention and scouting opportunities. Not your normally hot bed for NSFL talent, the stat line for the youngster stood out about so many others to the point many were wondering if he should go to the US. Kwame very adament about his love for his new home, would not relocate and was happy to stay to forge his own destiny from Queens.

DSFL career
Playing one season for the Pythons, KAM managed a decent season playing for their defensive line posting the following stats. 33 Tackles - 1 TFL - 2 SCK. Nothing really great, but his growth as a player helped to anchor the team to the finals where they unfortunately lost.
