ISFL season 38 (also referred to as the 2053 NSFL season) began on 28 September, 2053. The season concluded with Ultimus Bowl XXXVIII, held in Tokyo, Japan on 08 February, 2054, where the Arizona Outlaws were crowned ISFL champions after defeating the Berlin Fire Salamanders by a score of 21-23.

Player movements

The league year began in March of 2053, with teams allowed to contact and enter negotiations with players whose contracts were not yet extended beyond the end of the 2052 ISFL season.

Draft
