Frog was born in the hash winters of Calgary, AB in December of 1997. He grew up playing hockey in Canada and loved the sport. He was a San Jose Sharks fan and loved the team and wanted to go to a game. At the age of 7, his parents took him to see a hockey game at the Cow Palace, and the sharks lost 6-2 to the Red WIngs. Frog was infuriated and ran off into San Jose. His parents ran a search and eventually found him outside Good Enough Stadium, trying to get into a Sabercats game. His parents in relief bought tickets and let him watch the Saercats who beat the Wraiths.
