Carly Rae Jensen (born November 21, 2030) is an American football defensive tackle who is currently preparing to enter the professional ranks.He played college football for University of Austin (UATX) and has declared his intent to enter the professional ranks next season.

Early years

Carly Rae Jensen was born on November 21st, 2030 to two loving parents in the city of Vancouver in Canada. She first became interested in the sport of American football at the age of 7, when she saw a cfl game being played on the tv at a restaurant. Since she was bigger than most children her age, she naturally was put on the defensive side of the ball, however up through every level she would also play running back. When she was 13 her family realized that she had genuine potential as a football player and could go on to play in the isfl, so they moved to the football capital of America, Texas, for her high school days. She would go on to dominate all 4 years in high school, as she was much larger, stronger and faster than all the offensive players, even in Texas. At the end of her high school days she declared she would be going to the University of Austin, after setting many Texas high school football defensive records.

College career

Once Carly got to college, she continued dominating at the college football level. Away from her family who moved back home, she put a show in her first season and dominated the defensive line, after reaching her full height and a game weight of 345 pounds. Her freshman season was legendary, putting up a record 22 sacks and leading the conference in tackles for loss as well. Her following 3 seasons were much of the same, as opposing offensive lines simply could not contain her even with double and triple teams. By the time she had declared for the dsfl draft, it was well established she was the greatest defensive tackle in modern college football history. All 4 years of her college career ended with many awards and a national championship in her senior season, including a heisman trophy victory that year in a legendary final season. Carly graduated with a degree in communications before heading for the dsfl draft.

2052 season (S37)

Carly was taken in the 4th round with the 30th overall pick by the London royals. She would quickly be asked to line up at defensive end for the team. Carly would wait until the Royals week 6 overtime bout with the Portland Pythons to make a significant impact, as she would record 6 tackles, and force 2 fumbles, recovering one of them, the first of her professional career in both regards. Carly’s first of two sacks would come two weeks later during week 8 against the Kansas city Coyotes, as she would sack Queen Elizabeth II in the first quarter of the eventual 19-14 defeat, while also forcing a fumble from her majesty on the play, however it was recovered by Kansas City. Carly’s final sack would come in the royals 27-0 thrashing of the Norfolk Seawolves, when she brought down norfolks signal caller Roque Santa Cruz in the 4th quarter. Unfortunately London would miss the playoffs, and Carly now only had the isfl draft to look forward to.

2053 season (S38)

Carly Rae Jensen was taken 25th overall in the second round by the Austin Copperheads, and was immediately called up to be the starting defensive tackle for the team. In her debut game, a 31-28 win over the Colorado Yeti, she recorded 3 tackles. In the next game against the New Orleans Second Line, she recorded her first tackle for loss, stopping running back The Stig. Carly would record her best performance in a loss to the Orange county otters, putting up 2 tackles for loss, 1 sack and 4 total tackles en route to a 26-16 loss. Carly's 9 tackles for loss on the season would lead all defensive tackles in the category, and be third place for rookie defenders. After the disappointing end to the copperheads season where they would miss the playoffs, carly would be seen training with Mario Mokola'i of the norfolk seawolves, in an effort to improve the both of them for the upcoming season

2054 season (S39)

Following the disappointing collapse in 2053, Carly and her copperheads came into 2054 determined to not make that the case. and indeed they did, as the copperheads would go on to finish 11-5 and lock up second in the asfc. Highlights for Carly would include the Copperheads 31-17 victory over the New Orleans Second Line, where she would only make one tackle, but would force and recover the first fumble of her career. In the copperheads 38-16 victory over the honolulu hahalua, carly would get her second sack of the season on the first play of the third quarter of the game. Carly would double her season sack total over her rookie season en route to a 23-20 win over the berlin fire salamanders, taking down roque santa-cruz in the second quarter. 2054 in general was a statistical decline for carly, as she was credited with 22 less total tackles and 7 less tackles for loss.

2055 season (S40)

2055 represented another step down for Rae Jensen, as she only recorded 24 tackles and managed no tackles for loss in 2055. the season started out hot for her, as in a 34-30 close win over the Honolulu Hahalua she recorded two tackles, including a single sack against Nova Montagne in the third quarter of their game. Rae Jensen would record her second sack of the season in another close win, an overtime thriller against San Jose. She would manage to bring down Owen Farrell in the second quarter for a loss of 6 yards. Besides the career high in sacks, she was on the record stating her disappointment in not being able to bring in more impact for the team stats wise. She was also heard after austins second straight first round loss, this time to Orange County, that the team needed to be better and perform against teams they were better significantly better than, as had been the case the last 2 years.

2056 season (S41)

The 2056 season would finally represent the step up that the Austin Copperheads had been expecting from Carly. She would explode for 8 sacks, the highest of her career by 5 sacks. 46 tackles would be her highest since her rookie year, and after not recording any tackles for loss the previous season, 2 for a total of 11 negative plays would be a career high by far. Unfortunately, despite the personal improvement, the Austin Copperheads regressed to a 7-9 record. This was partly because the rest of the defense sputtered, regressing to league average in points and yards allowed, but mostly because the offense severely regressed, dropping to second last in yards gained, ahead of only a team that won a single game and lost 14 straight, with both the passing and rushing offense being below average. The team will look to forget this confusing showing and show the league they have what it takes to be great.
