Cal Cutta (born January 31, 2018) is an American football wide receiver for the Portland Pythons of the Developmental Simulation Football League (DSFL).

Early years
A native of Toronto Ontario Canada, coming from a hockey background Cuttas father, Jon Cutta played Left Wing for the Toronto Marlies, the AHL affiliate for the Maple Leafs. At a young age it was apparent that Cal would much rather be playing football then hockey so his parents put him in the few youth leagues that were availabe in Toronto. As a highschool Senior playing QB for Toronto High Cal did not see an opportunity to play professionally, in a post signing interview Cal was quoted as saying "I never thought i would be here today, as a kid in Canada being a pro was never really in the cards".
