The new guide is a googledocs spreadsheet located here.
You will need to make a copy of the file before you can work on it. Instructions are provided in the file, hover over cells to see notes for further explanation.
Make sure you actually follow these instructions, otherwise the page you produce may not be approved.
If you have any trouble, it is probably best to ask for help in the NSFLWiki Discord.
