Billy Doornob (born April 4, 2026) is an American football kicker for the London Royals of the Developmental Simulation Football League (DSFL).

Early years

William "Billy" Doornob the 4th was born in Utah to Mary and Will Doornob, in a cold april day. Billy was a undersized kid but his father was a former college star, playing linebacker for Alabama in the 2010s. Billy wanted to impress his father so he tried out for the high school team. He failed at LB, Running Back, and even as a Slot Reciever. But the coach liked his determination and made him the punter. Over the seasons Billy began taking kicks too. He suddenly was one of the top Kickers in the state of Utah, plus his punting was not too bad either. Despite a lack of interest outside of the state of Utah, billy recieved offers from Utah and BYU but decided to play for Utah as they were closer to home. Billy had never left the state of Utah so he was very scared to leave his family

College career

As a true freshman Billy was one of the best kickers in the country, he was nailing kicks from 60 and even a 70 yarder. However in a bowl game, one of the biggest games Utah had played for, Billy missed with all the lights on him. Going into his sophmore season it was clear that he had lost a step, he began missing kicks he would have made otherwise, and then in week 13 major trouble happened, a botched snap lead to Billy diving on a fumble, he was crush by a large linebacker, and ended up tearing his ACL. Billy would miss most of his junior year with injury. However with the next kicker up transfering to Texas Tech, Billy was able to earn his spot back for his senior year. Did he shine as bright as he once did. No, but he did receive enough interest from DSFL scouts, that he decided to declare for the draft. Billy knew that he would recover by then and be a star

Professional career

DSFL career

Billy went undrafted in the ISFL. Feeling rejected and humiliated Billy began looking to his backup plan of selling bow ties with his uncle Liam. However he recieved a call from the London Royals. GM Lucid Dreams had liked what he had seen from Doornob in college, and decided to let him compete with Rainbow Dash for the starting job. Billy had never left the country before so moving to london was a huge challenge. Billy got his by a car since he looked the wrong way and ended up missing two weeks of the season. However he came back and won the job and Rainbow Dash was regulated to pure punting. Doornob did not play super well but it was clear he was a fan favorite among londons faithful. He entered the isfl draft as one of the top two kicking prospects along side Ikick Ballz. This would be a very important duel doing into the draft on who would go first
