Early years

Benjamin Duvernay was born in Nice, France to Clément and Josephine Duvernay on March 7th, 2033. At the age of seven, his family moved to the United States in Baton Rouge, Louisiana due to financial struggles and wanting a fresh start. Duvernay first had the dream of becoming and ISFL player when he watched an LSU game for the first time at the stadium. During the blowout win in favor of LSU, he could not help but notice the impressive feats of athleticism performed during the game and realize that he wanted to do it to. During high school, Duvernay was a dominant player on both sides of the ball playing as a cornerback, wide receiver, and gadget player. This lead him to being assessed as a four star prospect towards the end of senior year after a dominant final year. Being offered multiple scholarships, Duvernay decided to attend the school that gave him the dream of playing football in the first time, which also allowed him to stay close to family.
