Larton Hilnka (born December 25, 2040) is an American football runningback who is currently preparing to enter the professional ranks.He played college football for Syracuse University (SU) and has declared his intent to enter the professional ranks next season.
Early years
Larton Hilnka was born to Carrie Hilnka and Joseph Csonka on Christmas day December 25th, 2042. His father Joseph was a huge fan of American Football and his mother Carrie knew how important sports had been in her upbringing and wanted to make sure her son was afforded that same opportunity. Larton grew up in Hungary and soon developed his father's love for the game of American Football. Over the years there had been various outreaches from the ISFL that had helped grow the sport but, he knew if he wanted to give himself the best chance for success he would need to find some way to begin playing outside of Hungary. He spent most of his youth developing his strength and speed and it did not take long for his parents to notice that he had a special talent and following his completion of schooling the family had scraped together all the money they could and moved across the ocean to Ohio to establish a simple life as farmers. This allowed Larton to get his name out and find out if he really had what it took to make it at a high level. He tried out and sent letters to as many colleges as he could before finally getting his big break at Syracuse University.
College career
Larton made an immediate impact for the Syracuse football team. He started at RB in his very first season and managed to put together a very impressive 5.8 yards per carry average. He would go on to end the season with nearly 800 yards rushing and 4 touchdowns. The young Hungarian was a natural for the Oranges as his raw size and strength made it extremely difficult for any team to stop him when he got running. In his Sophomore season he was given even more opportunities and managed to break the 1000 yard mark for the first time in his career and added 7 touchdowns to the team. Following the completion of his Sophomore season it was becoming clear that Larton was a talented running back and that college was not going to be the last stop in his career. On top of finding success on the field, Larton was also an extremely successful student and had found himself an opportunity to graduate early and that meant that his Junior season would be the last for the Oranges. He would cap off an impressive career by again breaking 1000 yards rushing and adding 10 total touchdowns for the team. He would later be names a Consensus All-American and declare for the coming DSFL draft.
