Early years
Born in the tourist town of Kelowna, BC Canada, Max grew up with two loving parents and one brother. He lived the middle class lifestyle, enjoying golfing in the summer and skiing in the winters. Early in Max's life he was exposed to Football through his highschool coach who told him "You can play golf when you're retired, come play a real sport." Never one to back down from a challenge, Max took up his coaches offer, which ended up being a great thing for all partys involved. Max quickly become the top WR and CB on the highschool team, getting them second place in the provincial junior football championship. Max was scouted during that event and received a full ride via the University of Florida to play for the Gators. After 3 successful years in Kelowna, Max packed his bags, said goodbye to his parents and brother, and boarded a flight to Florida.
College career
Max had a rough start to his college playing career. He fell behind early in his studies, opting to work out in the gym and hit on the plethora of young, fit Floridian women now in his purvue. He played on the backup/practice squad for much of his junior year. It was not a lack of atheltics that kept him there, but rather a glut of veteran WR's on the team who taking up roster spots. Unfortunatly for Max, he took this personally and had more than a few diva moments with the coaching staff in regards to playing time. At one point he was kicked off the team, which sent Max spiraling down a pathway of depression and substance abuse. Max started with alcohol during his college parties, but quickly discovered Cocaine. Cocaine became the cornerstone of his weekends for the next few weeks. Cocaine didn't debilitate Max, however. Instead, he became stronger, more motivated. The energy he got from that white powder pushed him harder at the gym. He became noticably faster, and this didn't go unnoticed. He was picked up by the track and field team and delivered amazing results in both 100m dashes and medium distance running. Following this success he was scooped back up by the Gators and was given a role as the teams backup slot receiver. Max didn't have the same skill as the starters at the time, but he was fast. at 6'4 and 210lbs, the coaches had never seen somebody move the way Max did. They knew they had something special. Over the next few years Max graduated onto the starting team and became the deadliest weapon the Gators possessed. Not just a clear out guy, he would burn safeties overtop with his double move paired with the smoothest headfake any one had seen at the time. His corner Post route earned him 15 touchdowns and 1200 receiving yards in his second year as a starter. It seemed obvious after that, that Max was destined for the ISFL
