Nick Kaepercolin (born November 2, 2014) is an American football wide receiver for the Prospect of the Developmental Simulation Football League (DSFL).
Early years
Nick Kaepercolin was born in 1999 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Rick and Teresa Kaepercolin. His parents have two other children: son Kyle and daughter Devon. At age four, the Kaepercolins moved to California, where Nick started playing soccer and baseball. At age eight he began to play football as running back. Kaepercolin was nominated for all-state selection in football and baseball his senior year, where he switched positions to play mainly as wide receiver. He was the most valuable player (MVP) of the Central California Conference in football and lead his team to the first Semifinals of the team´s history. Kaepercolin finished his senior year with 299 yards rushing with three touchdowns and 35 catches for 559 yards and six touchdowns while also throwing for a touchdown.
College career
Kaepercolin received many scholarship offers for baseball, but only the University of Nevada offered him a football scholarship which Kaepercolin signed. In his first season Kaepercolin only played eight games. He had 25 receptions for 312 yards and two touchdowns. As a sophomore, he had 38 receptions for 512 yards and six touchdowns. As a junior, he had 50 receptions for 731 yards and eight touchdowns. As a senior, Kaepercolin had a fantastic year with 85 catches for 1255 yards and 13 touchdowns.
