D'Pez Poopsie (born February 5th, 1992) is an American football running back for the Portland Pythons of the Developmental Simulation Football League (DSFL). He played college football for the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) and was selected by the Portland Pythons in the 2024 DSFL Draft (S9).

Early years
Poopsie was described as gifted from a young age according to his parents, MOM & DAD. Rather than sending him to a public or private school, D'Pez was home schooled. Growing up on the streets of Jackson, Mississippi meant a young Poopsie learnt early on a solid work ethic and commitment was the way forward to achieve his goals of making it to the NSFL. Poopsie struggled academically, his parents cited a lack of interest in non football subjects. Poopsie accepted a scholarship to the University of Mississippi, later exclaiming that "he wanted to stay close to his family even while he went on to better himself in Ole Miss".
College career
Poopsie attended the University of Mississippi, where he played for Matt Lukes UOM football team from 2023 - 2024.
Senior Year
D'Pez didn't start at Ole Miss until his senior year, where he finally made his breakthrough to the first team. Various coaching staff at Ole Miss were impressed with his work ethic but cited concerns about his football IQ on the field. Poopsie struggled to learn It would take D'Pez longer then most players to get the plays down, and if anything, it scared the coaches to play him.

With the 3rd overall pick of the Season 9 DSFL draft, D'Pez was selected by the Portland Pythons. D'Pez is going into this DSFL season head strong and looking to be the best there can be.
